STRICT ZERO-TOLERANCE RULES: You must NOT use Sendlytic for unlawful spam, phishing, fraud, malware distribution, harassment, purchasing scraped unauthorized lists, or attempting to bypass email provider sending limits.
1. Permission Requirements
You must have explicit permission or legitimate business interest to contact every recipient in your audience database.
2. Mandatory Unsubscribe Compliance
Every campaign dispatched through Sendlytic automatically appends a clear, functional one-click Unsubscribe link. Attempting to obscure or remove unsubscribe footers will result in instant account suspension.
3. High Bounce Rate Safeguard
If a campaign triggers a bounce rate higher than 10%, our anti-abuse system will automatically pause dispatching to protect IP reputation and domain deliverability.
