Welcome to Sendlytic. By registering or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
1. Account Terms
You must provide accurate account information and maintain security of your credentials. You are responsible for all campaign outreach launched under your account.
2. Email Credits & Payments
Sendlytic operates on a 1 Email = 1 Credit system. Credits purchased via Razorpay or assigned via plans do not expire unless your account is closed. Credits are non-refundable once consumed in campaign dispatches.
3. Termination
Sendlytic reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Anti-Abuse and Anti-Spam standards without refund.
